Assessment Critique Assignment

This assignment is somewhat of a research assignment. You will be responsible for researching an assessment and reporting what you have learned about that assessment.  Present the information in paragraph format (be sure to include AT LEAST 4-6 sentences per paragraph, per APA style format). Address the following items regarding the assessment. Include a title page and a reference page that adheres to APA style and include each of the following areas, as well as your responses.  This assignment is worth 100 points and should be 3-5 pages. This assignment is due by 11:59 PM on 6/24/18 and must be submitted on Blackboard.
